Calling customer service is a nightmare, runaround. To my horror all four tires were bald, I was out in the middle of nowhere, USA, and had to travel to a location that was open on a Saturday later than 12:00 PM since I couldn't get to any location before they closed besides an airport location. Well, 3 days into the trip, having driven about 1000 miles already, I decided to look at the tires, you know to make sure all was well (which I should have done in the first place, but going on my assumption that, they wouldn't rent unsafe cars) I didn't.
